The hotel staff was excellent. I was there for 4 months and they always made you feel welcome and at home. Sue in the mornings chatted with all guests and made sure they had all they need and what they were looking for.

I work for the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) from Central New York DDSO. We had our yearly Employee Recognition Event in the Cicero Room in their banquet facility right next to their hotel. First and foremost, let me state the names of the staff who helped us the day of the event and we will never forget: Sue (thank you for your help figuring out how to make delicious coffee from our archaic coffee pot, ;) ), Carlos (who literally ran around and made all our dreams come true first thing in the morning), Stacey and Faye (our servers during the event who were both professional yet personable), and Christian (one of the two event coordinators who stayed with us the entire time to ensure that we had everything we needed and more). Janelle worked with us over the phone for weeks prior to the event ensuring that we had the correct menu to fit our budget.

The location was perfect! It was easy to find and accessible for everyone that attended. We used this facility for our event last year, and found the food even better this year. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff who participated with this. The balance between professionalism and personable was amazing! We loved our time there and will definitely be back!

Myself and 2 friend's stayed for several days here and I gotta tell ya the staff is really nice. Britney made sure we had breakfast, a little lunch and a perfect small dinner with a few free drinks after our long days on the water. The parking lot is well equipped to charge your boats and plenty of room to park. They even were nice enough to shuttle us over to the waterfront to enjoy the evening. Rooms were nice and the AC was cold. After doing all the searching around for an affordable place to stay these folks really came through for us. A+ Thanks and we will stay here again on our next tournament trip. Scott FLW Angler
